Frequently Asked Questions and General Information

Please consider the following when renting arcade games:

• Do you have enough space for the games? Arcade games can require significant floor space depending on the game requested.
• Do you have access to adequate power? While all games operate on standard 110VAC, if you are in an older home or facility, that could affect the number of games that can be operated at one time. A 20 Amp circuit provides enough power for three to five typical games as long as nothing else is drawing much power from the circuit.
• Is there easy access to the location where the games will be placed? Arcade games are large and can be very heavy. Easy access to the set-up location is important. No stairs or steps please!
• Is the location where the games are to be placed safe? Games are designed for indoor use only. Rarely can games be placed in outdoor locations.
• Is my home or business accessible to a large truck? All deliveries are made with a large moving truck with lift gate. Things like narrow streets, low hanging trees, etc can impact deliveries.
